These classes run every Monday and Wednesday.
Caregiver & Child Line Dancing welcomes parents, grandparents, dads, aunts, uncles, and caregivers of all kinds. Adults learn to line dance while children wiggle, giggle, and move to the music. It’s relaxed, joyful, and all about sharing the moment, getting some light exercise, and enjoying time together.
The Low Impact Beginner Line Dancing class is open to everyone, of all abilities. Modified steps are always offered, and chair dancing is available, making this a truly inclusive class. It’s a great fit for community living groups, seniors, retirees, stay-at-home parents, or anyone looking for a gentle, welcoming way to move, connect, and enjoy their day.
Line dancing isn’t just country music anymore. They dance to a wide variety of music, so there’s truly something for everyone.
Please remember to bring indoor dancing shoes and a water bottle.
