Green Initiatives

It's not easy being GREEN, but we are making it work at Heritage Place!  We are very proud of programs we have in place to make our environmental impact as small as possible.

• We collect used gift cards and coffee capsules for recycling.
• We collect cigarette butts for recycling, and receive money back that we donate to school breakfast programs.
• Our rainwater harvesting is used to wash maintenance equipment and water gardens.
• We offer Hybrid Vehicle Parking.
• We recycle light bulbs, batteries, E-waste, grease, cardboard, paper and plastic.
• Our skylights are solar tinted to cut down on air conditioning.
• Our lighting uses energy efficient LED bulbs.
• Our cleaners use eco-friendly cleaning products and energy efficient machines.
