Heritage Place is a 350,000 sq. ft. dominante retail centre anchored by Food Basics, SportChek, Giant Tiger, Leon's and Goodlife Fitness. It is located on the corner of 16th Street East & 16th Avenue East in the heart of Owen Sound's primary retail node.

The Mall boasts a diverse array of tenancies ranging from national retailers such as Food Basic, SportChek, Giant Tiger, Leon's and Goodlife Fitness to a variety of regional and local retailers. Tenants benefit from a presence at the only enclosed shopping centre in all of Grey and Bruce Counties with a trade area of over 150,000 people, 40% of whom live within a 15-minute drive from the centre.

About the City

The City of Owen Sound is located on the southern shore of Georgian Bay at the foot of the Bruce Peninsula. The City is the largest urban community in Grey and Bruce counties and holds the seat of government in Grey, supporting regional, provincial and federal government offices, a regional hospital and a Georgian College campus. Owen Sound is located at the junctions of Ontario Highways 6, 10, 21 and 26 – making it a gateway to the Bruce Peninsula.
